New England College student Logan Cassin said he last visited The Goat at the end of the fall semester.

“It’s crazy because it could have been anybody,” Cassin said.

Monica Andrade said she would probably take some time off before revisiting The Goat.

Officers found 24-year-old Timothy Pouliot, of Manchester, suffering from gunshot wounds and said the shooting took place outside following an altercation inside the bar. Pouliot was later pronounced dead at the scene.

John Delee, 22, from Salem, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.

Delee was scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, January 30 at Hillsborough County Superior Court.
